380 bullets?

  i bought a pistol that has 380 stamped on it .  do i buy 380 or 380 auto?  dont think it takes 38 s and w.  mike w

.380 and .380 ACP (Auto) are one and the same. ACP stands for Automatic Centerfire Pistol.. Also 9mm Browning Kurz, is another name for .380 ACP. Also known as 9x17

If its marked .380, NO it will not shoot .38 SPC (s+w) or 9mm makarov (9x18) or 9mm Luger (9x19) which is also known as 9mm parabellum

Lots of calibers can go by several names and be the same caliber.. it can be confusing sometimes, but if its marked .380, use .380
