I'm wanting to give that a try.  Though, I might have to match the pairs back together after stuffing and wrap with bacon and hold together with some big toothpicks.

I just whipped up my first attempt at these.  They look great I browned the sausage and beef before stuffing and I will add feta before there done.  Thanks for the idea BH.
