If you're at all serious with your comment, then yes by all means you should.  threats of any form need more people to be aware o f especially threats from the internet.

Turn him in, but when you do make sure you know who you are talking to.  If you turn him into a D.C. cop, might be an anti-hunter too and nothing will come of it.  Just saying, do your homework.
