After 15 yrs of marriage and 3 sons, my wife has finally decided to scrap staying at home when 'the boys' head out pheasant hunting and she's coming out for her first pheasant hunt with us! After going to see Benelli's Tom Knapp at a recent show last month, my wife got to shoot a Benelli Montefeltro 20 gauge and loved it. Nice taste. She's shot my Benelli SBE 12 ga, but that 20 ga was a much better fit.
Just came from Sportco where I picked up some brush pants and a vest for her.
We'll be taking 2 of our boys out for the youth hunt this weekend, and soon she'll be carrying a gun and hunting with us. Can't wait.
