Not as nice as the last one, but I would still drop him.  It is easy to say this as I have not drawn the tag yet.  I may change once I do, if ever.......

I'd like a head on view but I'd pass, he looks to be pretty wide but doesn't have many points and not much palm width.

It looks pretty wide and like the pans are long but relatively narrow. All points are long which to me indicates a younger bull. I think I would pass early in the hunt but if I ended up taking him I would be proud to have it mounted in my home. Brian.

Hint....This bull was shot in Oct. of '92, 49 unit and aged at 11 to 11 1/2 years old.
BTW, I'd have to pass too, but It's close to what I'm looking for. :rolleyes: As far as width.

I think its a 50+ bull but not that impressive looking due to the small palm width.  I hope all you 49 degree boys get those 50"+ bulls you are holding out for.

Pass, palms are to small.  But it does look like it is over 45.

Still trying to get the official score. This bull was the State record for awhile. 54", 8x7 wt. 1200 lb. 11 years old, so the rack was on the down hill side. With the no hunting pressure for moose, you would think bigger and better bulls are out there. 10 days and counting :IBCOOL:

With cooler weather the moose might not hold up in the timber all day. And with the rut on, it should pull them in the rut. :dunno:
