I am just moreless disgusted hearing how our Steelhead numbers are declining rapidly and they can layout 6 nets across a river and they are worried about what my kids are doing ...

BH....your last comment.....that I can agree with. Let the boys fish responsibly until they prove otherwise and lets focus on the health of the stock and the river.

Not if they want to catch anything.  Fishing below the nets would be a better idea, if possible.
