Looks like an 88 Winchester!  .243, 308, 284 or 358.  I'd guess .243 or .308

Very Cool and thanks for the post.  I'm pretty sure you cannot hunt or posess any polar bear in the U.S. c/o the Marrine Mammal Protection act or the CITES agreement or a combination of both.   I imagine it is a different deal for the Natives and/or DLP circumstances.
