No, I'm waiting for the kids to get a little bigger. I can't handle more than the 3 or 4 river tourneys for now. My dad fishes the banks and potholes tourneys every once in a while.

There's probably about 10 guys I know of that are very likely contenders to pick up the new record - they put the hours on the water in the areas that hold the biggun's.  There's probably 20 more I don't now about that have the same chance.
Anybody with a boat has a "puncher's chance", though!  That 20#+ fish is out there, swimming in that river, right now.

With the amount of guys trying, its bound to happen. The only draw back is I heard that quite a few of those big girls die getting them weighed. I dont know that for a fact, just heard it. But every one thats close that doesnt make it is one less that could have got the lob done the next year.

It was 1 month ago. It was 13 walleye and 42 perch. You weren’t there which is evident by the number of fish caught. :chuckle:

You sir, apparently don’t want to come over and eat any.

How many did you put me on when we took your boat?

You live fairly close to where the current, and likely next, Washington state record walleye will be caught.  If I was you, I'd be getting on the Big C pretty soon and play "follow the white Lund."
