There isn't a finer eating fish than Burbot.

I grew up in Alaska, and up there we were allowed to put out set lines for Burbot.  We used to get a lot of fish each trip and I've never found a fish that I like the flavor of better.

Havent been fishing for them as much since the river has gone up fishing is a little slower for the Rainbow. The Walleye are starting to bite a little and the Burbots are on fire. Heres a pic of a Rainbow just because lol We caught a bunch on that day..

We fished over the weekend and here are a couple of the bigger fish we caught. We caught limits of Burbot and a few Walleye to finish the day off. If you interested in fishing for the Burbot or Walleye let me know. We do 5-6 hour trips for $150.
