I keep getting the same error. I've been trying pretty much everyday, and same message all the time. How would I go about this now?  :(

I think you should try going to a license dealer.

I've been drawn twice. Including last year, so I'm not too hopeful. Here is what put in for...

1. Monroe
2. Kapowsin
3. North Skagit
Molôn Labé

You have to get drawn for a spring bear tag, the tag you have now doesn't let you hunt bears in the spring without a special permit.

 :yeah:

Correctomundo...you have to purchase a "bear license" (which equates to a fall bear tag) in order to apply for a spring bear opportunity which is granted in a raffle fashion...but to be in the raffle you have to purchase a "spring bear permit raffle tag" in addition to the regular fall bear tag.

If you are not chosen you earn a point towards next years raffle and so on year after year... odds depend slightly on the area you choose to hunt during the spring bear hunt.

Good luck to you though  :)
