Speaking of dinner Kracker. I was planning on doing some boneless pork ribs. What is the best way to get them really tender. Charcoal bbq, smoker  or oven.

Nice looking steaks...
What kind of wood did you use to smoke them with?
If you love something you will set it free, if it don't come home, hunt it down and kill it.

Bearpaw- They didn't need a knife after a 6 hr smoke, they were literally falling apart and dripping steak juice, and covered in sauteed onions

Turkey-you got 2 options, smoke them longer then Jesus, like 8-10 hrs (well depends on thickness of meat), or if you dont have that kind of time, Boil them for about 30-45 minutes, then sauce them up and toss em on the grill.

herb i used apple because steaks really soak up the flavor and last time i used hickory, way too overpowering of a flavor after 6 hrs
