Rinehart target
« on: January 24, 2013, 11:49:25 AM »
I got my new 18 sided target yesterday in the mail.  I didn't get home until late so only had time to take a couple shots at it.  Both field points and broadheads pulled out really easy.   :IBCOOL:  I think I'm going to enjoy it a lot better than the old piece of blue foam that I used to use!

I'm shooting 3 blade and I'll see what my son is shooting.  I'll also post some kind of status report regarding how things hold up as we start poking holes.  Maybe I'll take some pictures before and after.

You have me thinking 3 vs 4 blade for hunting though.  I assumed for turkeys it probably doesn't matter.  But for deer, is there a preference of 3 vs 4?

I love mine, the smaller cube shaped one.  I've shot some BHs into it but will try to mostly use target tips.

This hear will be my 4th year withmy 18-1. Been shooting field tips all year and broadheads just enough to tune and verify sights.

I hear nothing but good things about that target. Ive wanted to pick one up myself.
I hear its some kind of new expanding foam or something?
It actually is a self healing target?
One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.
