Elk burger

Okay I tried something new last night.  Really easy.... just Elk burger and mix blue cheese and bacon into the meat and grill!  Very yummy!  I will definitely do it over again!

Oh yeah, we did that at elk camp this last year.  Slather some fried onions on there and you got the best burger ever.

sounds great! just dont get an elk burger at Cabelas, they are dry as cardboard  :bdid:
