Shot from the back porch
« on: January 30, 2013, 07:36:33 AM »
I have had a pair hanging out in the lower pasture for a week. I have shot at them twice without connecting. Then yesterday morning they were much closer 238 yards. I shot him through the mouth as he was quartered to me. Man I love living in the country.

p.s     The best part was my  4 year old daughter watched the whole thing and boy was she excited.

That's pretty cool, she be draggin u out in no time to go callin. Reminds me of when my 6 year old & I shot one on the way to the sporting goods store. The guy behind the counter asked her if she hunted. She replied "Yep, my dad & I shot a elk on the way over her today! The guy looked really puzzled even after I corrected her since it was march with no big game open! Ya u will have some story's with ur little one. Congrats!

Congrats!  I sure miss living on the east side.  Used to get at least 3-4 a year out the back window of the house.  If the damn economy ever picks up I will get back over there!

Nice job buckmaster.     And the best part is, if you got the coyote then you missed the irrigation pipe.  :chuckle: :chuckle:
