I believe Buckmark is in charge of livestock.  I know he's researching where to pick up  some cows for the event.

End of June, early July? 

4th of July "weekend" is the 6-7th, so that's out for most folks.   The weekend before would work, and probably have nice weather.  The 2 weekends after would work too, but then the weekend of the 27-28th is the "Women's Weekend" shindig.  Also trying to make it family friendly, when do kids get out of school?  Probably be best to have it on a Saturday too.

Hmmmmmm, might have to start a poll.  I think the best workable dates are June 29th, July 13th, and July 20th.  Time-wise, maybe start at noon, folks can get there anytime after that and stay until they sober up enough to drive safely  .  I imagine there will be a constant wave of food from later arrivals, so an all-day-ish lunch and dinner picnic would be cool.  Once we all come up with a date that works for the majority, I'll start a good thread with all the info.

Sure to any of those days.  I will drive up there I don't discrimnate where you live  .  Hell I would even go to the eastside for a get together.

Hmm,  I don't drink so I could potentially be transportation,  on the other hand, I have two young son's 4-6,is this family friendlyish..  .? I feel a little naive asking.

I would think it is family friendly as long as the javelin chicken doent get to out if hand.
