The Butcher Boys

Saw them at the Sportsman's show this weekend, does anyone have any experience with them? I was thinking of buying one of their freezer packs, but i'd rather not shell out a that kind of money if the quality or cuts aren't great.

Bought a 75 lb beef pack from them earlier this month, no problem with the meat. Had them make some summer sausage a couple years ago out of deer
that was pretty good.

I have used them for years(12+). The old man (owner) I always forget his name :dunno:, is a stand up guy & I always deal with him when he is there. Only ever had a couple packs of breakfast sausage that the mix was not right (too much fat) and he made it right with me by replacing with double of what I had bought plus gave me some peperoni & jerky. Never had any issues with his beef, chicken or turkey, always been good stuff. Used them for proccessing many deer, elk & a bear with no issues.  :twocents:
