All good guesses,
The point of the photo is that water fowl habitat is pretty universal.
Photo was taken in Argentina a decade ago.  It's where I learned that water fowl hunting, ain't waterfowl hunting, without my dogs.
sorry so long in getting back here to post this.
 
Spent most of my $$ on huntin, fishin & retrievin dogs, the rest I just pretty much wasted.

Hmmm. I thought waterfowl habitat was state supplied flooded grain crops?? :dunno:
