LCR 357 maiden run, and 100yd shooting, and now 200yds
« on: January 31, 2013, 08:27:08 PM »
Finally got a chance to take one shooting, 38 special and 357 mag, awesome little pistol, I figured the 357's would hurt more than they did. Absolutely no regrets. I Initially was going to buy the Taurus 605 poly protector, but nobody had one, so I got this instead, I really wish it had a hammer exposed, but you can get used to this pretty fast. First time this pistol has been shot.

I'm all over the LCR in 38 or 357; but i want the 357. No hammer; no prob; nuthin to hang up on. My hunting partner carries the 38+p with crimson trace in the field. Whats not to love? 15oz's of backup!

yeah buddy, Im a believer, buddies wife carries the 38 version, so we compared it to my 357 one, a few little differences, but both are cool.

That thing is a sweet ride.  Been looking for the last 2 months and they are nowhere to be found.  Had you told me you had one....we could have just traded the derringer straight across   :chuckle: :chuckle:

Thanks for sharing the video

What's your target that you are hitting at 105 yards?

That is awesome! I have a lcp .380 and I can shoot that almost the same as a full size pistol.
