I hear we might have news about Martin Archery here soon too.  Sure hope they don't screw it up again.
I'd like to think a family-owned business would stay in the family in such a small industry.  The Martin family members I know and others I have met are very good people.  A sell-out to a big payday would surprise me, but, after all, it's not Canada, so anything is possible.

Well, I can tell you with absolute certainty that "Big Payday" is not in the vocabulary at Martin Archery these days.  Pretty sad when you think of what they once were and what they could have been.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

They were the only arrows I would spend my money on, we will have to see how this bushnell take over effects the quality
I don't always shoot big mule deer, but when I do, it's with a bow tech!

I wish I was going to tell you Martin is now a RAD, Inc. company.  I must have found out too late to get in on the bidding since no one will answer my inquiry.  With what they are asking we would certainly have been interested in looking at the books and making a decision to buy.  Probably going to take a big broom, a few rolls of duct tape and a large hammer to get it back to an industry leader.  Sounded like a fun challenge to me!  But, we can't buy it if they won't show it to our group.  I'm assuming that's because an active buyer is in front of us.

Interesting consolidation in the industry for sure.  GoldTip To bushnell, winners choice strings to the outdoor group, etc.  it will be interesting to see how it all shakes out.

Good news about sports men's warehouse.
