I like the bronze look.  Had a guy give me one like that just out of Roseburg one summer (back when I was a BLM "volunteer" making 60 bucks a week), fileted up just fine for the grill and smoker.

Some of the boots are better to smoke, If I had a nice red fish I almost feel like Im wasting it on the smoker.
Ill still smoke just about anything though.
