New found site issue if you log in with pc and cell both

ok so i found what might be a unknown issue with the site

i spent a few days offline with a PC issue, and then all day yesterday in the hospital. during this time i tried logging in with my cell to get a members number, and here is what i found.

1--the only pm's it shows were ones from the last time i "logged in with my cell" from october. nothing current.
2--these pm's it showed were marked as unread. since i didnt read them then, it saved them as unread.

but

3--these pm's never showed up when i logged in on my pc
4--and when i log in on my pc now, they still do not exist, only when i log in on my cell

hope this helps you guys find it and fix it, im guessing this is totally unknown

I have never heard of anyone having this issue. Usually these issues that involve 1 or 2 members are caused by something on the member's computer/phone. Please make sure you are getting logged in exactly the same on both, then let's see what happens.

If anyone else has this issue please post here.

Are you logging in at same time with both and does it still appear the same way.

An iPhone
A Mac mini
A dell laptop
A kindle fire
A dell desktop

All at random times and do not have any if the above mentioned issues. Mostly on with my phone.

I also will be logged in with both or any combination of the above at the same time and not have issues.

I log in via phone but use tapatalk.  Work laptop, home laptop and kindle fire with no problems.

heres whats really odd bearpaw, i just switched carriers so when i logged in last time was a different carrier, phone, and number, this was the first time id logged in on this service and just tried again, same thing

Try clearing the temporary files and cookies on your mobile device's browser. I suspect that it may be accessing a cached version of the website versus a current one.

there are none, its a brand new iphone

99.9% sure your device is the issue and not this website.

the device can only access whats available, what i am accessing when i log in is months prior to me even taking it out of the package BRAND NEW and turning it on 

I tried it on a few other forums, no issue at all in any area so do with it as you will, i am just the messenger

im alive... thats as good as it gets for now.
