Smallies last weekend
« on: February 11, 2013, 03:58:44 PM »
I managed to make it back out this past weekend, I got 5 this time, biggest one was the picture...Dont know what it is this winter, I cant get a fish over 4lbs, but I do have 10 in the boat so far this year, only one over 3.5..anyways, I finally caught some a little shallower, 45ft was the magic number this past weekend, 54 ft is where i found them last 2 times out prior..Anyone else been out yet ? Good luck out there !

I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

Nice. We did okay in the winter with football heads and hula grubs but that was a couple of years back.  It was always slllloooowww fishing but fun when you got one on.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.
