Crossfit is definatlly a killer work out . I just wish I did it when I was 20 insted of 40. My Daughter has become a bit addicted to it . That looks fun but I'm just a bit beond my prime lol.

Unless you are a treestand hunter you have to get in some kind of shape to have a decent shot of killing an elk.  I train pretty good during the summer climbing stairs mostly, and long walks.  I dont do much of the weights just to tone a little.

My kids are in sportfit.    They are tone, athletic machines.   I ran into a guy yesterday who asked if I was going to do it.  "I told him I spend all day in a hospital, if you think I want to go back there this afternoon your nutz."

Does anybody on here subscribe to their website?  I've been looking into Crossfit/Insanity/P-90X type workouts and this looks like you might get a lot more for your money.

I use the Insanity work out all the time.  When i began in August last summer i weighed 245lbs.  At the end of the 63 day workout i droped down to 197.  I played sports my entire life and this IS physically the hardest thing i have ever done, hands down.  That being said i feel awesome now and have reeped the rewards of being chisled from the wife...
