Don't be surprised with the plethra of legislation being thrown out there and from what I heard from the legislatures in California saying this is a helath and safety issue don't be surprised if surprise inspections come at some time. Who what or where who know yet but don't be surprised. OSHA maybe FEMA who knows.
Agreed to almost all points. When the black suits come, loading up and shooting back isn't going to lead to anything except bad news for the gun owner. It'll essentially be a choice of 'hand them over or go to prison.' But when its reported that all the guns were either 'sold' or 'lost,' that information will be reported as Mr. X's house is clear of all firearms. Then when Mr. X's house is burglarized, and he uses a firearm to defend his family, the police will come and discover that Mr. X possessed illegal firearms, and then he'll be the one in prison. It happened in Britain to a gentleman who is still currently in prison for defending himself during a break in with a shotgun and killed the suspect.
