Hope you had a talk with the boy about too much stuff on Facebook though.   :chuckle:
Facebook is the dumbest thing ever. I dont believe in that stalker website.

You don't believe there are not moose and goose stalkers on this web site??? Just fb?
Heck, they are making over time on this thread!
Our hard earned tax dollars at work.
And their policeman buddys are surfing the porn sites for poachers getting overtime!
Haha I dont doubt it :)
But were all not "posting our status" of what were doing every 5 minutes either like half the people I know who use that website. Its like "hey Im here" or "Tagged, Hey Im over here now" Its dumb and useless and pathetic. Why do you want people knowing where you are at every second.... Like oh snap your at walmart, High five!

Plus people post family pictures, and entire photo albums of theyre children.
Half of which arent even private, Its disgusting. You never know whos looking at your family or kids. Just my opinion. I absolutely dissaprove of FB. Causes problems for everyone.
One touch of nature makes the whole world kin.

btw/ A neighbor 2 doors down says the neighbor next to her smokes pot outside, and she can smell it.

Should I call the DEA?

The fact that yeaaaars ago (or whenverever it was) some old men sat around a table and decided to make a law saying its illiegal to hold a native fish out of the water, and now people act like you just robbed a bank if you do, is funny to me....

THe same old men could have made it so it was ILLEGAL TO FISH, even though catch and release seems quite logical.   However they tried to compensate for folks that didn't know how to/ or cared to know how too handle fish and came up with the law so that the rest of us could still fish that water.   :dunno:

I personally like the law.  It doesn't hamper my fishing at all and it protects fish.  Why do people need to remove a fish from the water that isn't legal to retain in the first place?  Net it with a CnR net or tail it, remove the hooks, snap photo, and release.  Seems pretty damn simple to me, and thousands of anglers have managed to figure it out.
:yeah: It is pretty easy to net them, keep them in the water, and take a pic without removing them from the water. The law states they cannot be completely removed. This means a fin still in the water, and you are good to go. I think this is meant to keep the idiots from kicking fish back in the river that cannot be kept.  :twocents:

O.K ...Now BH IS HIDDING  :yike: I do not need someone telling me how to release a fish .. I think I have been fishing for about 40 yrs ...You guys are killing me .. I also posted this because I know H20Hunter and WSU would like to sit on the computer all day and pick something apart...I do have to work in between me looking what is going on on HW and since H20 and WSU are the attorneys on here I could not resist  :dunno: :yeah: Now for WSU saying he can look up the info . you may want to head back to law school because until they send in the report I can not find out nothen ... I said it at least 5x they left my house with nothen except a couple pictures of Teddy ...and H20 I hope you have this hat you want to eat because you will be eating it ! Saying I am in hidding just kills me ! I guarantee I will not be hidding from no one ! Remember when I mentioned about the nets in the water ? It is o.k and it is the law that the tribes net the river but it is illegal to hold a fish out of the water and take a picture

Phew.. we had been a few days without any drama. What would we have done without this thread??

Just so I get this straight: this is all about a picture of a fish that was raised out of the water and then released and it should have been kept in the water and released?  :dunno:

Whats messed up is if we are all afraid to speak our mind on the forum now.  If we are being babysat and scrutinized to this extent that is disturbing. That it leads to this?  I understand keeping an eye out for serious crimes like poaching and such by law enforcement is needed but this goes too far for sure.  Maybe I should consider ending my participation on here as I dont participate on Facebook either?  Freedom of speech issue to me.  Big Brother.  Technology is the end of privacy it seems. :dunno:

Yes it is the end when you put it out there on a public site or forum. I live by the rule if I don't want people to know, don't tell anyone.

I would not leave this site over being watched ...We all know they are watching and I would not post something on here if I was being illegal ... thats my whole point ...this is a good forum and thats why we are here to talk about things we like and dislike ...When we loose rights to hunt and fish you bet I will be there to complain ..Thats all I am basically doing when I start ranting ...If I disagree I am not going to shut my mouth ...yes they make laws for a good reason but when it comes to taking something away that I like to do then I am going to defend want I believe in...There are to many go getters on this site but thats O.K we need the different personalities to make it interresting  :dunno: :chuckle: :chuckle: I do not call people names and I do not mention names when I rant So that being said there should not a problem ...This site has changed alot since I joined ...But I am still here  ;)

That wasn't meant towards you BH45. If you have seen any of my posts about this you have seen I have remained completely neutral here. Don't drag me into a pissing match. I was commenting on mudman's comments that technology was the end of privacy. I don't know if he was joking or serious but I think it kinda goes without saying.
