Nice, How did you mold it to your gun?

no not too difficult I made a press with foam from Knifekits.com...you just heat up the kydex in your oven or a toaster oven and put it in the press with the gun and crank it down...you do  have to make paths for the light or you can't get it out of the holster. I had a few problems getting the kydex to stay straight on the gun when I put the top of the press on but I got it after a few tries.

That is pretty slick!

I didn't use a kit I just picked out the components I needed and a friend went in with me on it all so we got 2 in of foam 4 12"x12" pieces of kydex(came as 2 12"x24" pc) 100 rivets 10 chicago screws 6 belt clips and a rivet setter tool for $90. they do have kits and I may end up buying a paddle for this holster instead of the belt clips IDK yet it rides nice its just hard to put on and take off. I have enough kydex left for one more small holster and some mag holders or a couple cross breed type holsters.

this is about how I did it

That's pretty cool and looks fairly easy.  I went to buy a paddle today, but no one has one.  I might jut have to follow your lead.  Thanks for sharing.
