not a bad price for the meat.  Got me thinking :)
Any idea on total cost of the trip roughly?

I wouldn't lie.  The charge by the hanging weight.   Dont believe everything on the internet.   They changed how they run their business

Oh no we were not meaning that. Just going by what there site said and what you said. Did not know if they had some special going on or something not listed on there site since there is a huge difference in price. With it only being a month ago. I didn't see how they could go to up 5x the money on a cow and like 2x on the bull.

For sure we would never believe everything on the net. When it's on the owners web page that is why we would think to ask why the difference on prices.

Heck cheaper then beef at the price you got. I am going to have to give them a call. The price per head they have listed is pretty expensive. If they are still doing a hanging weight, I could see them being more reasonable as long as there price per pound did not go up to crazy as well.

Yeah cows were 3 bucks a pound and bulls were 4.  They had a few big bulls left but they would have been just out of my price range.  We keep everything including head and hide.

Just hanging qtrs.  Weighed on a certified scale right infront of us.  4 bucks a pound is cheaper then what beef is going for plus buffalo is 10 bucks a pound at safeway lol
