Cabezon will be open.....there is a spot near Kayak to get lucky with one if anyone is on the borderline of bringing their boat :)

I do have  shelter rented already. Everyone that comes will be able to put out their pot's. I will make sure of that. I'm sure other boat owners will be willing to take people out also.
