Question on crab license:

Do I just need to get the "ENDORSEMENT: PUGET SOUND CRAB"  or do I need the Salt water fishing also?  For $28, I can watch others fish this time!   :yike:

Thanks,
Carl

You can get a one day combo for $11.35 and temp endorsement for $3.80 that and a free catch record card and you can crab for 1 day.

Don't worry about pots smossy, I have extra bouy's that we can attach to your rings. We will just have to pull them regularly.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!

The young man and I chatted on the phone about that.....I'll have four pots on board and will begin fishing all four.....my son will have a catch card. So.....between my pots and folks wanting to go crabbing as long as I have two unfilled liscenes on board I will keep fishing all four four pots.

So...no worries.

Yup, I ran in heavier water when I had a salt water boat, but it was 25' long and built to handle that.  This isn't dangerous to most, just uncomfortable for some.  If someone is prone to getting sea sick, this could be an issue.

For only being an 18 ft'r it does well. I've broke waves and taken water over the bow to the point of coming in via the middle window....nasty nasty water that day. Just kep the bow up and plow through. But....sometimes the mid range stuff beats you the worst.

Smossy needs to ride the bow yelling out "I'm the king of the world"  :chuckle:
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
