Yes, I've used S&S Archery many times.  If Steve doesn't have it in stock, it just drop ships from the manufacturer.  Most items have only taken a three or four days for me to receive.

FYI, the following is Steve's contact info.

I have ordered from them a few times and have always had good experience with their customer service. Just give him a shout. Hopefully he will be able to help you out.

ya i am an over anxious consumer of archery gear and i know that.but i just get frustrated when i dont get any communication.they dont answer the phones nor return emails or voicemails there at all this week.
i know ive been spoiled by companies like black eagle and strother with getting e mails back within hours of sending them.and realistically it has not been that long yet.
i just really hate not being able to shoot my bow.i suppose i could if i lengthened my d loop for one of my wrist releases but i dont want to mess with my set up at all.i think its darn well near perfect.
im just going to hope for the best.hes got great prices on archery n backpacking stuff and is pretty close.i got this oversized thumbstud here that is just beggin to go on that new carter release

well its going on 5 days.steve refuses to return my phone calls and messages and e mails.
i figure that with checking my bank he took my money within hours of ordering it would make sense to me he would be as prompt in his customer service.
i will not be ordering from this site ever again.i have waited way longer on shipping before, but have rarely witnessed such horrible customer service.
at this day n age with such great companies on the net.i wonder how a man that operates in this manner gets by.i know he will never be receiving another dollar of my hard earned money.

What did you order?
Did you choose, or did it state ground ship?
Do you know where it's coming from?
Did you know that S&S, like many on-line distributors, ship factory direct?
S&S has little on-hand inventory.
Did you verify on your receipt that everything on the ship to side is correct, no typo's on your behalf?
Did the receipt state it was backordered?
Did you go through the steps here?............  http://www.sandsarchery.com/help.asp

i ordered a too simple carter release.
i got fed ex ground shipping.it stated 2 to 3 days shipping.
i guess where its coming from is on my assumption that it would be from his shop in boise.
i was not aware that they did not have inventory on hand.i have only dealt with one other distributor like that.cheaper than dirt, and i refuse to do business with them for that reason.
when i ordered it stated that it was in stock.i took that as meaning he had it.maybe this is something in my thinkin i need to change with on line shopping.
i have went over my receipts for error.
they sent me an e mail stating they shipped it to me on monday.
honestly i hate to be this guy and try to give props where they are due at all times.and also try and keep aware that most are not as uptight as i am so to try and take it easy.but i take this as personal disrespect.he was very prompt in relieving me of almost 200 dollars but will not do me the service of a simple message or returned call.that would have relieved any offence i have takin here.
this is a cheap lesson learned if nothing more.
i have waited for upwards of 30 days for things to be delivered on o few occasions.i order something online it seems every few days.i have no qualms with waiting, although i am impatient,i simply want to know where my items are and be treated with some respect.
i am relatively sure i will receive my release sometime.i just regret not choosing who i sent my money to.

well steve sent me an e mail last night promising me my tracking info first thing in the morning.needless to say i have received no further contact from him today.
he stated in his e mail that he has been working on a project in his shop and been too busy.i dont understand how his projects while not being too much to take peoples money are far too much to communicate with them.
furthermore,i have now received 3 msgs on archerytalk from folks in my same shoes.a guy just messaged me saying he has been in my same shoes with being ignored for almost 2 weeks now.seems a trend.
i am sad that we even have guys like this able to do business in an industry full of people that are willing to treat their customers with some respect.

Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds like you ordered your release on either Sunday or Monday, no? You received an email that your ordered shipped Monday? If that is correct it sounds like s and s archery held up there part of the bargain and it is Fed Ex that you should be complaining about.

not if s and s archery refuses to answer e mails and phone calls n messages so that i can get my tracking info.i also dont think i have a gripe with fed ex when a person promises that info and then never delivers.
i got ahold of steve and he agreed to cancel the order and refund my money.i am completely happy with the guy now.
