I use a pump pellet 177 for crows im my yard works well,

As we were setting up for predators this morning we saw about 100 crows leaving a roosting area. I don't know exactly where they are roosting or where they were going, but I think we have found a good spot for some crow calling.

Them suckers like to stage behind my neighbers place near dark so I took out the Foxpro and a crow decoy and drove em nuts. Had about 100 in the air and in the trees at the height of the excitement. One neighbor came home looking in the sky and laughing at me.

Last year I got my FX3. A buddy came over to visit and have a few beers.  Well as he was on the side releaveing himself. I turned it on and had at least 25 crows in my backyard b4 he was done peeing. You couldn't get his grin off with a belt sander. This year will be his first crow hunting experence.

So we went out for a couple hours this evening and it was interesting to say the least. The first hour we only had a couple come in and take a look, then off they went. But around 6:30 they came by the dozens. At one time we had over 100 crows circling. Talk about some noise! We managed to blast a few with a .22 and .410 between us. Definitely something we will do again.

I hit one with a 160 grain bullet out of a 264 Win. Mag. All that could be seen was two wings flying straight up in the air.
