Hey, has anyone heard of Yakima getting not one but two indoor shooting ranges??? I've been told one will be on Washington and that one will have four lanes.

Insurance Broker, the broker told me that her client is opening one on Washington and that there is a second one.  The owner from the one on Washington owns a gun shop.  That all that I heard....

Guys,

Just to clear up some rumors.  Yakima will be getting (One) indoor range, and it will NOT be on Washington Ave.  I have personally seen the Architectual Blueprints, this is a reality!

It will be a top of the line facility with top of the line equipment.  There has been alot of industry support in regards to a quality indoor facility, so bear with the owners, as they are trying to keep it fairly low key until it gets closer to opening.

It will have more than 4 lanes also (pending no change of current plans).

I had a guy ask me at the sportsmen show to sign a petition in favor of an indoor range if I was from Yakima. First I had herd of it. Good news!

Roger, i did just tell the whole state.  There were getting to be too many false stories gettin out, so I figured time to nip it in the butt.

I forwarded this thread to one of the owners.  This may be a good spot/platform for updates as they see fit.  They are extemely excited about it, and our looking forward to providing everybody this venue.  It is not some "Secret Squirrel" nonsense but rather a good thing for all of us.

Isnt this the place going in the old warehouse close to painted rocks? If so, it is looking pretty good. I drive by it almost every day.
. That's it. 35000 square feet total. Bigger retail area for the current businesses location and more room for gunsmithing.
