High buck Monster
« on: September 26, 2008, 09:53:23 AM »
I just got an email from my uncle of pics of his nephews high buck monster buck! I am not going to post any pics yet because I have not got his permission!
This thing is a toad! :yike:It appears to be 26-28 wide with awesome mass all the way to the top! Its a typical 4x4 with eye guards, and some trash that appears to make it a 7x7? I am not an expert at scoring bucks but gross I would say around 190 BC!

Congrats Rob on a buck of a lifetime!

AMMENDMENT: Its not his nephews buck, he was just in the pic I received! His hunting partner shot it! Spoke with my uncle and he said it is a 7x7, but its outside spread is 32"!!!!!

You know how these things work! He is my uncle by marriage, but he divorced my aunt, I still call him uncle, its his sisters kid, so we really are not related! :chuckle: Have I lost anyone yet!!!!

And by the way, I talked to my uncle(but not really!) who said his nephews partner is the one who shot the buck! I just got a pic with the buck and his nephew with no story! Sorry for the false info!!!!!

I may be more inclined to show the pic now that its not Rob's buck.

I emailed Rob and he said he thought he was going to get a shot at it but his buddy ended up getting the shot, 127 yards, killing it in its bed, they spotted it from a mile away!

Once in a lifetime buck, I don't know what else to say :dunno:
