wacenturion hit the nail on the head-pretty much any decent camo will work, but you just can't over emphaize not moving.  Keep that in mind when you sit down to wait them out, get comfortable and give yourself the best view you can by simply moving your eyes.  Position your gun to minimize movement when the time comes, you won't always be forewarned with gobbles-more often than not they are suddenly just right there and they can be gone just as quickly as they got there if you stumble around with your gun.

I'm only partially kidding.   

The land I hunt turkey on has a big loop road (it's private).  The owner rides his quad around it every day and the turkeys basically ignore him.    But if you get off the quad and try to sneak around the woods......   they go into turkey-being-hunted mode.

And so my son got his first turkey.....

I avoid colors that are on gobblers heads.... Never know when an idiot sees that color, thinks turkey and shoots... Just an added precaution.

I always liked a browner colored leafy pattern for pants and a grayer tree bark pattern for my jacket/cranium when sitting up against trees.

Depends on where Im hunting but I really like the Realtree AP/APG for east side hunting. 

I prefer the APG in the spring because it has more green in it and blends in perfectly with new grass/leaves popping up in the spring.

I have a combination of Kryptek, Sitka and Kuiu that I use for deer & elk. I'll be using that for turkey this year as well.

It doesn't seem to matter what camo I use though as long as I sit frekain' still.

Just make sure if the camo is older than you use some camo wash to refresh it as old camo can give off a bit of a white sheen to their eyesight.  I have havested birds sitting on open slopes by sitting dead still and quiet ... and they were up close and personnel ...
