Them look friggin awesome !!!

Here is what I do, after they are cleaned of coarse lay them out on paper towels and pat dry, meanwhile mix some spices in with the flour (or bisquick) and scramble up a couple eggs and add 1/2 cup of milk, and put a couple rolls of Ritz crackers (or some of them Hawaiian luau chips in a gallon zip-loc bag and smash em up,

Then dredge the clams in the flour and from there into the egg bath and finally into the cracker crumbs or chips or panko or regular chip dust or whatever breading you want and roll em around in there till well coated and fry immediately or place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze, once frozen place in a zip-lock or vacuum seal for future use as a quick meal !!

We try to bread up all the clams we get the day after we get home from the beach because it is a real mess and it sucks to break out all that stuff every time you want clams so Just get it done all at once and you will thank yourself for it !!!

Nice looking clams.

I did some oysters like that the other day in Panko crumbs. I make my own tarter sauce with capers instead of relish or pickles, and some smoked paprika that I make. There isn't a better tartar sauce anywhere.

Never tried them, but they look amazing. I love any type of seafood + anything fried, so that is a winning combination.
