Jake Korell, RIP

I see where Jake Korell has passed. Possibly the oldest active trapper anywhere. He would have been 98 in April. He reportedly trapped 100 coyotes and 4 bobcats this winter. I had the luck to meet and spend some time talking to him a couple times at Rendezvous. Heck of an interesting guy, salt of the earth. He will be missed but he had a good and long life. May we all be so lucky.
