Coyote calling / hunting in Monroe area
« on: April 08, 2013, 12:30:19 AM »
I would like to hunt coyotes and other predators in the Monroe, Snohomish, Sultan area but I don't know where to give it a try. Private lands seem to be too populated to allow hunting even with a small caliber rifle like my .17 HMR. I have a nice Fox Pro electronic call that has worked very well in Montana.
Any one interested or know of a good place to call coyotes in my area? Send Private email.

I ran into a few coyotes at the pheasant release sight off 203 a few weeks ago. I was just out running my dogs when the coyotes came out.

There is alot of DNR and Forest Service land around. It's what I consider low percentage calling though. After Sept. 1st. it's better because if you call in a cat you can shoot it. PM me for more info. I might be able to show you around a few spots or point you in the right direction.
