R.I.P. Mitch
« on: February 28, 2013, 10:56:26 PM »
I just caught new episode of Swamp People, and was shocked to hear Mitchell Guist had passed away.  I guess it's been a year since he passed yet this is news to me. I've watched the show since it started and it is pretty apparent how close the Guist brothers are. I know what its like to be inseparable from your brother and couldn't imagine what it would be like without him there. As backwards as Glen and Mitch may seem to most folks, they were still brothers that stuck together as family and as best friends. Here's to you Mitch.

I too have been watching the show since it started and have always loved these two guys, they were the most interesting team to watch. Its sad that this had to happen to Mitch. As for this new season, im not sure how I feel about it with all these new faces on the show and what not, but I do know ill miss having those brothers on the show.

Yes indeed RIP mitch. One of the few shows I really enjoy watching even thought every 200 lb gator is a 500-700lb monster :chuckle:
