What brand of smoker did you use, I was thinking about getting a treger but the quality of those butts -Dang

I use a Rec-Tec pellet grill.  I had a Traeger 075 Texan since the 90's and loved it but I just couldn't keep a good pit temperature with it, so it was time for a new one.  The Rec-Tec keep temp's to within a couple of degrees and man is it made tough.
