I don't know what you are smoking duckkillerclyde.  Probably time to stop.  It's affecting your perception of reality.  Even if it was on the Washington coast, that's a grey pelican.  Not un-common for the washington coast.

This one flew right into the dump truck I was driving last year while heading west on I90. It is an unorthodox way of getting one but that was out of my control.
I would like to know what kind it is. Anyone know?
Sure made a loud bang when it hit!

Fish Dart, Sawbill, etc.
Spent most of my $$ on huntin, fishin & retrievin dogs, the rest I just pretty much wasted.
