One of my favorite moments last night was watching Smossy trying to open a bottle of wine.   :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:

You crack me up man.  :chuckle: if D-rock wants that monster spike, maybe we should show up to his hunting camp with some hose shoes and dwindle one of those bruisers down to just the main beams. D?

He did mention something about bringing a set of shoes to camp?  Whatcha think D?

All I remember is that bottle should not have been that hard to open WITH a cork puller. :bash:

This is the first time checking the link today. It doesn't sound like things got too crazy after we left. I wish we could have stayed longer.

It looks like it's all been said, but...  The company was great, the food was fantastic, and our host was the best!  Thanks Joe and April for opening up your home to us and rolling out top notch hospitality.   I hope April is feeling better.

H2O, was your wife responsible for those bananna cakes?  If so, please tell her -they were one on the best deserts I've ever eaten, if not THE best.

The antelope, duck, bear, BBQ, was incredible. I forget to try the raccoon.

Like some others, I can't remember names but I hope to see y'all again soon.

Almost forgot - Goldeneye, that was awesome apple pie. I might have to try my hand at it. And that's to the member ( see, I forgot a name ) for bidding and purchasing the fantastic BBQ for us all.

Carl

What a weekend! Joe and April, many thanks. You guys are amazing hosts. It would take too long to list everyone individually so I'll just be lazy and say to everyone i had the pleasure of meeting, it was very nice to meet you all . Very nice and generous folks all around. Special thanks to radsav for the buffet, h20 and goldeneye for the beverages, rick for the calls and conversation. I will go on record that i take no responsibility for the debauchery, smossy did that. :peep:
:chuckle: Was cool to finally meet ya man.
It was nice to meet you and your lady also.

Again, congrats to the young hunter!  I'm sure he doesn't realize it yet, but he just got a very clear view of his future.  :chuckle:
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.”
