I just read the spring turkey pamphlet and noticed that it states:
“It is illegal to possess in the field or transport game birds unless a feathered head is left attached to each carcass, except falconry-caught birds”
So my question is, I just went out and bought the Magnus Bullheads which from what I have seen often decapitate the bird. Does the above regulation mean that you can’t possess a decapitated bird or if it is decapitated you must keep the head with the body?
I assume it is the second one but I have no idea what they are thinking when they write some of these??
