What is a new 5.56 Olympic arms AR worth?
« on: March 07, 2013, 02:05:47 PM »
I might end up with an Olympic arms 556 Plinker with two steel mags new in the box. I don't really want it because I alrwady have an AR. I also don't want to play the price gouging game on gun broker. What would a fair price for that gun be right now? And does anybody have an interest in one

Maybe, but how much would it be to ship it from Pluto?

A lot less.....since Pluto is not a planet....only a celestial body....it is much less than you think.

I think $1000 would be fair. That's what I paid for mine with 2 30 round p mags, a YHM quadrail, mapul 6 position and a few other things I don't really know the names of.

I'd hang onto it until the 2014 election. Should the democrats win the house you can bet the price of guns and ammo right now will increase dramatically again. :twocents:

That quad rail and magpul gear are worth probably $300 alone.... not that $1k isn't fair in today's market though.
