Clallam County, I'm looking for a hunting partner
« on: March 05, 2013, 06:55:45 PM »
My name is Richard and I am new to the area, not extremely experienced in hunting in Washington State, however if someone where to take me under their wing I would be more than happy to help maintain the hunting site as well as regular scouting of the area. I know it's a lot to ask, however I have been discharged from the Army with a minor disability and you would be doing a great deed. I am not looking for a handout just a hand up getting started here in the PNW. Thanks for your consideration.

I hunt up there and would be happy to do some scouting with you some weekend. Deer are easy in your area if you hunt with a bow. What weapon do you use to hunt and what are you looking to hunt? I know a few spots that hold bear and cougar & you would do well to set up a trail cam. Coyotes are plentiful in Dungeness and there is a Pheasant release in October at Voice of American in Sequim. There are lots of good places up Palo Alto and since your in PA you could always go to Physt or Forks for Elk, I think Physt is better.
