Utah legislature needs the support of hunters
« on: March 06, 2013, 02:42:37 PM »
Folks,

Please take action Today!  Radical Wolf Activists from all over the country are attacking the Utah legislature.  The Utah legislature needs the support of hunters and concerned sportsmen who care about protecting our wildlife and livestock from unmanaged wolves.

Please use our automated system to send a message to both the Utah House of Representatives.  Its fast, its easy and its free.
To send a message of support to the Utah House of Representatives click here: http://capwiz.com/biggameforever/issues/alert/?alertid=62479401

Wolf Advocates are now asking for 1,000 wolves in the Southern Rockies.  750-1,250 Mexican Wolves in Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. Mike Philips who was appointed by the science and planning subgroup for Mexican wolves by US Fish and Wildlife Service has stated that "The Southern Rockies are a mother lode for wolves." The science is clear.  This is a very serious threat to the health of wildlife in the Western United States.

Please forward this email and ask your friends to send a message to the Utah Legislature as well.

Done.

I changed the title in my message to:

Listen to sound and unbiased science, NOT the unsupported rants of wolf advocates

I just got this email:

Folks,

Thank you to everyone who has sent messages to the Utah Legislature in the last hour.  No additional messages are needed today.

Several Utah legislators have expressed their gratitude for the messages from sportsmen, livestock producers and hardworking Americans for their support of Utah's efforts.  They have indicated they there is no more need to continue filling their inboxes with Big Game Forever emails.

As such we are removing the latest action alert.

Thanks again for your support,
