The last guy that I saw take out a piece of the range ceiling was a uniformed police officer during his qualification shoot. This was just after he dropped a full magazine and accidentally kicked it down range. The guy with the stopwatch and clipboard wasn’t too happy. I hope that he got some additional training before “protecting and serving” in my neighborhood.
