I do have SEVERAL trail cameras that would be a shame not to set up.  Let me know and we'll start bolting cameras to trees.  DEATH TO TREES!  :yike:  (JK, just minor pain)

I showed H2O a couple of good spots to hang camera's. Now we just have to get him to do it Stang.

Well.....sat on the same area and haven't had any new encounters. I know there are bears moving in the area...just not the few hours I've been out the last two nights. I did have a quail running around in front of me for about 20 minutes which was cool. The sister in law had her baby last night so I'm shut down for a few days while the wife attends to her and the baby. Got big plans on Saturday night so I'm fairly well shut down for a few days while the dust settles. Some nice bears being taken...the brute up north..couple really nice ones in the NE.....us Monroe guys need to get one down. While I'm out of the woods I'm counting on one you guys to nail one.

Congrats to the parents of the new baby. I would imagine the bears are getting more active every day. Hit it hard when you get free again.

Oh...forgot to mention this....kind of random.

So....I get my gate unlocked and am driving in and notice the grass off to the left is trampled. Considering it is so close to the road I'm thinking somebody chucked a TV back there or something. Irritated thinking I'm gonna be hauling more garbage than dead bear I take a look. Well, there is a little fresh mound of dirt, a little wooden cross, and some wilting flowers. Now, I'm cool with putting your pet in the ground with some respect but off the side of the road on private property? Maybe the owner of said pet loved walking up their or somehting....I don't know....
