I dont normally carry mine, i have carried it but for me i dont think i need the ammo capacity or the distance capability. Pretty much all full size pistols are to wide, heavy, tall to conceal carry. I CC my S&W bodyguard 380 or keltech PF9 most of the time. If going to seattle or out in the woods ill carry my p226, p220, S&W M&P

It can be done, but its not the most comfortable. I'd go P229 if you're set on a Sig, although even that is heavy.

Geez, never mind.  You said 226, not 229.   :lol4:

I have a 226 E2 and I can hide it inside the waist-band.  But, its not like I can wear a t-shirt and get away with it.  The 226 is a fine duty weapon but I just don't CCW with it.  I'd carry a full-grown 1911 over it any day just because its easier to hide since it lays flatter against my body.  My regular carry guns are a Glock 19 for November through the end of March.  Then, its normally a S&W J-frame revolver in 38+P.  Put it in my pocket and it goes away.
