Both of my eye pieces are broken on my Monarch ATB's, They are going in after late archery.  It seems to be a very common problem, but I have never heard of someone not getting taken care of by there Customer Service department.

The eye cups on the monarchs are definitely leaving something to be wanted.. Both my ex and my mom had the monarchs and two very different experiences with customer service. Eyeguard sent his in and had them back in 3 weeks no issues.. Except that the other eye piece ended up doing the same thing 4 months later and he had to send them in again. My mom called, confirmed, paid insured shipping and waited 3 weeks to hear that they determined the "eye cup must have broken in transit" so they made her pay for the repair and that it was going to be another 2 weeks before she had them back... Even though it was obviously the reason she had sent it in in the first place. She was certainly disappointed especially knowing eyeguard had the same problem prior with a much nicer outcome.
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

Ive got the same issue with mine. Really need to get it done. Thanks for the reminder.

The Nikon warranty is second to only Vortex, but damn near the same.  I have shipped back both binoculars and a scope and have been very happy with their customer service.

Did you guys fill out and send in your warranty cards? I have two binos and a spotting scope all needing minor repair. I never bothered filling out the warranty cards, advice?

Warranty cards are a great way to open the Pandora's box on your private life and personal information. Then again, so is Facebook. You don't need to fill the card out. I didn't and they didn't even ask.

Fortunately I have few experiences with Nikon service, which is a testament to their products quality in itself, but the few times I have needed it I was very impressed. :tup:
