ya no wrong as long as it's not in the rifle i'ts ok friend of mine got popped for that years ago  :IBCOOL: lol and had to pay a $80 fine. He thought as long as it wasn't in the chamber he was good but gamie said no lol. so ya loaded clip/magazine in the seat or dash as long as not in the gun is ok.
Pistol not so sure on think it's gota be out of site and unloaded if you have a concealed permit.

All wildlife infractions are NOW a misdemeanor and have a mandatory court appearance in the county you made the infraction.  :twocents:

Yes, mandatory appearances on all criminal charges.  A lot of wildlife violations were decriminalized, so they can now be settled with a payment.  However, I don't think any infractions were criminalized.

Thats so the county can add fees for court costs onto your fines.........county gets theirs, wdfw gets theirs...

It did nothing to get the counties of WDFW any more fees.  A lot of the penalties were reduced when violations were decriminalized.

hmm wierd
"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Just to confuse things, the hunting regs say, the magazine must be unloaded and do not clarify they meen "fixed" magazines. A local Warden recently told my where the regs conflict with State laws,  state law prevails.

I was pullover one time and a I had a tube fed .22 in the back seat with the brick of shells in the front, the officer made me relocate my rifle to the trunk and told me that the ammo and the gun couldn't be within arms reach of each other. I didn't know if he was right or wrong but I wasn't about to argue.
